Swapnil Pate is an Assistant Professor with 5 years of experience in the field of art. He holds an MFA in Portraiture and a BFA in Painting, both from Sir J.J. School of Art, Mumbai.
Swapnil has received numerous prestigious awards for his artwork, including: Bright Society Consolation Prize for Painting & Exhibition, 2024, Aakar Portrait Competition Award (Art Society of India), 2023, Prafulla Dahanukar Art Foundation Kalanand Merit Grant, 2023, First Prize in multiple State-Level "On the Spot" Landscape Competitions, Late Shri G.N. Jadhav Prize at Sir J.J. School of Art’s Annual Exhibition. Multiple awards from 2019-2020, including 1st prizes in various state-level landscape and portrait competitions

Swapnil has also conducted workshops such as: "We Are on Trial" in collaboration with Sir J.J. School of Art. "For Every Mother in India" at the Swiss Embassy in New Delhi and Chitrakruti Art Camp at Raj Bhavan, Mumbai.
