Mrs. Smruti Prashant Jadhav is a highly experienced professional with over 10 years in education and design. She holds a Ph.D. in Design, an MBA in HR, and an M.Sc. in Multimedia & Animation, along with a B.Sc. in Multimedia & Animation. Her certifications include being an Adobe Certified Associate in Photoshop CS3, a Microsoft Office Specialist, and completing several online courses in digital leadership, LinkedIn marketing, design thinking, and digital transformation.
Mrs. Jadhav has received numerous accolades, including: India’s Leading Women – Young Educator of the Year 2023, Powerful Women Awards 2023 for Excellence in Education (Design Sector), India’s Iron Lady Award 2023 as Woman Educationist of the Year and International Brilliance Awards 2023, among others.
She has actively participated in Faculty Development Programs (FDP), focusing on innovation in teaching and learning, accreditation reforms, and the New Education Policy (NEP 2020). She has also served as a judge for competitions, coordinator for various events, and external examiner at Vishwakarma University. Additionally, she coordinates and teaches subjects such as Adobe Photoshop, movie making, animation, design communication, and digital editing.
Mrs. Jadhav is also a writer for Femmetimes Magazine, having contributed two inner pages in their May 2023 edition, and has been involved in organizing IT-related state-level exams.
