Prof. (Dr.) Milind Dhobley is a distinguished academician and visionary leader with over 26 years of experience in higher education. He holds a Ph.D. from RTM Nagpur University, a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM), and is UGC-NET qualified in Visual Arts.

Dr. Dhobley has successfully integrated motivational and innovative teaching methodologies to enhance curriculum design, student engagement, and institutional development. A strong advocate of academic excellence and inclusivity, he has guided six Ph.D. scholars, authored two books, and presented research papers at international conferences.

His active role in Boards of Studies has contributed to the creation of progressive curricula in creative disciplines, aligning education with contemporary industry needs. As a strategic academic leader, Dr. Dhobley oversees academic, administrative, and financial operations, while promoting faculty development, research innovation, and industry collaboration.

Deeply committed to mentoring and empowering both students and faculty, he continues to drive initiatives that prepare future-ready professionals and strengthen the institution’s reputation for excellence.
