With over 20 years of experience in Fashion Design, she is passionate and committed educationalist dedicated to fostering creativity and innovation in the field. She holds multiple degrees, including M.Sc and B.Sc in Fashion Design from renowned universities, along with a certification in Natural Dyeing Technology. Throughout her career, she has received several prestigious awards, including Best Innovative Teacher of the Year and Best Social Designer of the Year, which reflects her dedication and expertise. She has designed notable garments, such as the convocation ceremony dress for Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU), and organized over 50 fashion shows. Additionally, she is actively involved in academic leadership as a member of various councils and committees at SPPU and BG College, Pune. Her career in education spans several institutions, including roles as Head of Department at B.G College and National Institute of Fashion Design, where she has trained students to think creatively and push the boundaries of fashion design.
