Concept of 'Green Energy'

Humankind is developing and focusing on technological growth, resulting in a more 'Technologically Dependent Lifestyle.'

People have become technologically savvy, and designers and manufacturers are envisioning a future full of machines and robotics activities for humankind.

Robotics and machines will perform all the tasks of humankind. As everyone knows, technologies have limitations because they are created by humans, and they require external energy sources such as electricity, fuel, and natural gases to function.

To achieve long-term goals, technological advancements in the form of 'machines and robotics' must consider natural resources and green energy resources.

Green energy, unlike technologies, is not limited, as it encompasses vast knowledge about natural resources.

Green energies are continuously available and exist in an infinite timeline. Green energy can be renewable, making it compatible with technological enhancements and usable for various activities.

With the aid of technology, green energy can be harnessed as renewable energy sources like 'solar energy,' 'marine energy,' 'wind energy,' 'hydropower energy,' 'bioenergy,' and 'geothermal energy.'

To preserve 'green energy' as 'renewable energy' and store it for extended periods, technological support is required.

The following activities could easily fulfil this requirement:

  • Storing energy in the form of renewable energy.
  • Managing the supply of renewable energy.
  • Efficiently delivering renewable energy wherever needed.

The primary reason for embracing 'green energy' is to 'generate power' and 'reduce waste and pollution' on Earth, potentially mitigating climate change.

Future of 'Green Energy'

When contemplating the future, it is essential to examine the present situation, which predominantly relies on traditional energy sources such as 'fossil fuels,' known for their contribution to burning issues like 'global warming.'

Green energy is derived from renewable resources, resulting in minimal impact on our environment.

Being cleaner, green energy should be utilized for both industrial and domestic purposes.

To safeguard the Earth from global warming and reduce carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions, we must embrace 'green energy technology' as a renewable energy source.

Persistent consumption of fossil fuels leads to various issues, including rising Earth temperatures, decreased agricultural output, increased damage from floods and storms, and an upsurge in (tropical) diseases.

Escalating Earth temperatures will affect both the flora and fauna, leading to the disappearance of ecosystems.

Uses of 'Green Energy Resources'

Sunlight, or solar energy, is the most prevalent form of renewable energy. Solar panels can be installed on the roofs of residential and commercial spaces where sunlight is available throughout the day.

Wind can be converted into energy through wind turbines to generate renewable energy. Stored energy can be utilized for pumping water and charging sailboat batteries.

Biomass is a widely used renewable energy source. It can produce electricity and be employed as a transportation fuel. Biomass in its renewable energy form is known as bioenergy.

'Geothermal energy' utilizes the Earth's internal heat for various purposes, including building cooling and heating, as well as electric power production. 'Marine energy' originates from diverse sources such as tidal energy and energy generated from ocean waves, driven by tides and winds.

Types of Green Energy

The following are the types of green energy:

(A) Solar Energy

(B) Hydro Energy

(C) Geothermal Energy

(D) Wind Energy

(E) Vibration Energy.
